Returns and Refunds

If you are not happy with your purchase for ANY reason, please contact us immediately to request a return/refund. In most cases you will be eligible for a refund of the purchase price paid less a 20% restocking fee. (There are some exceptions - see below.) 

Items must be shipped back within 7 days of receipt. 

Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will not be issued until the returned items have been received by the seller.

All items returned must be in the exact same condition as when they were received by the buyer.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable except in cases where the seller is at fault.  (Please note: While we do our best to portray colors as being "true to life", 100% accuracy is not possible. Actual colors may vary from photos based on lighting, camera limitations, computer monitors, and individual perception. These variations are to be expected and do not constitute error on the part of the seller.)

To start a return, you can contact us at info@purplemoosefelting.com.  If your return is approved, we will give you instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted. Proof of purchase may be required. 

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Sale items, clearance items, personalized items, special orders, digital downloads, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund. 


Exchanges 
We do not do exchanges. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and then make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Refunds 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
